How do I take care of my jewelry?

Regularly wash it with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth or soft-bristled toothbrush to remove dirt and oils. Rinse thoroughly, then dry it completely with a soft, lint-free cloth to restore its shine and prevent water spots. Avoid harsh chemicals and store pieces individually in a jewelry box or soft bag included in your order to prevent scratches and maintain their brilliance.

Store it in a cool, dry place in an anti-tarnish pouch or jewelry box to prevent tarnishing and scratches. Clean regularly with mild soap and warm water, a soft cloth, or a designated silver polishing cloth included in your order. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and cleaning products, and remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising to minimize exposure to moisture and corrosive elements.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us to hear is you apply for a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
Do you create custom pieces?
Yes, we do create custom and bespoke pieces that are designed from scratch to your specific vision, materials, and budget. This involves a consultation process (can be done over WhatsApp) where ideas are discussed, design sketches are developed, and the piece is then crafted using techniques like 3D printing or traditional methods to create unique, personalized, and one-of-a-kind items.

Order tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72hrs after placing your order.
