At Mark of A., we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

• It must be returned in its original packaging and condition, with all tags or certificates included.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Inspection & Approval

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.
If the product shows any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue only a partial refund.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 4 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team within the 7-day period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
