For hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 4 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
