Our Custom Design Process
1. Consultation
Share your ideas, budget, and inspiration with us. You can bring photos, sketches, or even just describe what you envision.
2. Design & CAD Rendering
Our designer will create a detailed CAD or 3D design so you can visualise your ring before it’s made.
You’ll have the chance to request changes until it’s perfect.
3. Stone Selection
We’ll help you choose the perfect stone for your design — whether you want a brilliant diamond, moissanite, or a unique coloured gem.
4. Crafting Your Ring
Once you approve your design, our jewellers begin handcrafting your piece with precision and care.
Each setting, polish, and finish is completed by skilled artisans.
5. Final Touches & Delivery
After a full quality check, your ring is beautifully packaged and ready to be collected or shipped to you.

Pricing & Deposits
Pricing is based on your chosen metal, stones, and design complexity.
A 50% deposit is required to begin your custom order, with the balance due before collection or delivery.
