At Mark of A, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care, and we want your order to arrive safely and on time.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your jewellery orders.
Delivery Options & Fees

Standard Delivery (South Africa): R130

Express or Saturday Delivery: Available on request at an additional cost (quoted before payment).

All parcels are sent via trusted national courier partners for secure and reliable delivery.
Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared.

Handcrafted items are usually ready to ship within 2–3 working days.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

1–3 working days for major cities

3–5 working days for outlying or rural areas

During busy seasons (such as Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, or Christmas), processing times may take slightly longer due to high demand.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as your order has been shipped.
International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Responsibility

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

A recipient must be present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If incorrect delivery details are provided or a parcel is returned due to non-delivery, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

All parcels are shipped with basic insurance through our courier partners.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and photos (if applicable).

We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or claim through the courier if necessary.

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, Mark of A cannot be held responsible for delivery delays outside of our control.
