Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mark of A is a South African jewellery studio based in Silver Lakes, Pretoria. We ship nationwide across South Africa and internationally. This page sets out our delivery options, costs and timeframes.

Shipping costs

• Door-to-door courier (South Africa): R140
• Pudo locker (South Africa): R80
• International: quoted at checkout based on destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on whether the item is in stock or made to order.

Order type	Total time from payment to delivery
Stock on hand	3 to 4 working days
Made to order, personalised, engraved or hand stamped	12 to 14 working days
Custom ring design	4 to 8 weeks, quoted individually

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Timeframes begin once payment has cleared.

During peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Black Friday and Christmas, made-to-order timeframes may extend. We will let you know if this affects your order.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery conditions

• Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Someone must be available to receive and sign for a door-to-door delivery.
• We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• If a parcel is returned because incorrect delivery details were supplied, the cost of re-delivery is for the customer's account.

Lost or damaged parcels

All parcels are shipped with basic courier insurance. If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@markofa.com with your order number and clear photographs where applicable. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or a courier claim.
