Rinse thoroughly, then dry it completely with a soft, lint-free cloth to restore its shine and prevent water spots. Avoid harsh chemicals and store pieces individually in a jewelry box or soft bag included in your order to prevent scratches and maintain their brilliance.

Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us to hear is you apply for a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
Do you create custom pieces?
Yes, we do create custom and bespoke pieces that are designed from scratch to your specific vision, materials, and budget. This involves a consultation process (can be done over WhatsApp) where ideas are discussed, design sketches are developed, and the piece is then crafted using techniques like 3D printing or traditional methods to create unique, personalized, and one-of-a-kind items.
