Please note: Each appointment blocks 15 minutes of time. If you’d like to purchase multiple items (i.e. more than 1 bracelet, necklaces, etc…) you will need to book additional appointments per item.

Permanent Jewelry is only offered for certain hours when a trained jeweller is present. You may make an appointment or visit us during our permanent jewelry walk-in hours.

While our permanent jewellery is designed to be worn continuously, it’s important to note that these delicate pieces can break or stretch with regular use. In the event of damage, we’re here to help. Our skilled artisans will make every effort to repair your bracelet for a nominal fee of R50 -R100. Please remember to keep your chain in a secure place and schedule a Permanent Jewelry Adjustment Appointment to ensure its longevity. Kindly note that Mark of A cannot be held liable for lost chains.
Yes, however, please note anklets and necklaces are more likely to get snagged and stretch or break. We only offer select chains for anklets. Necklaces are offered in all of our chains. Wear at your own risk, Mark of A is not liable for lost chains.
No! Customs doesn’t ask you to remove fine jewellery when going through security. Your permanent jewellery will travel with you worldwide!
Yes, if you need to remove your bracelet for any reason simply cut it off with scissors. To remove, cut the ring that holds the chain together. Re-welds cost R50. Please book a Permanent Jewelry Adjustment Appointment
Yes, simply purchase a gift card for the amount you would like to cover!
Yes, if you have a pacemaker you should not under go the welding procedure.
